- 2 years Tax Returns
- 2 month pay stubs
- 2 month Bank Statements
- 2 month history of 401K, IRA’s, Stocks, and/or Bonds
- Social Security Letter (if applicable)
- Retirement Documentation
- Drivers License and Social Security Card
- DD214 and COE if a Veteran
- Child Support Documentation if applicable
